INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE (ICC)

The POSH Act, or The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace  (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, is a law in India designed to protect women from sexual harassment at their workplaces. It outlines measures for prevention, prohibition, and redressal of such harassment. The act mandates that all organizations with ten or more employees establish an Internal Committee (IC) to handle complaints of sexual harassment.
