Shri RAVINDRA SHRIPAD MUTALIK is a practicing advocate since 1989, with over three decades of legal experience. He has served as a Legal Advisor to several esteemed institutions, including Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Canara Bank (formerly Syndicate Bank), Karnataka Vikas Grameen Bank, and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (from 1993 to 2010). Alongside his professional career, he has been actively involved in social and political activities. He served as an Executive Committee Member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Karnataka State, and has held various organizational responsibilities such as General Secretary of Mandal–II, BJP Belagavi Mahanagar District (1992–1996), and Media Incharge (1996–1998). Additionally, he has served as Chief Election Agent for BJP candidates in multiple Lok Sabha elections from Belagavi Parliamentary Constituency in the years 1996, 1998, 1999, 2004, 2009, 2014, 2019, and in the 2021 by-election for Smt. Mangala Suresh Angadi, MP. His career reflects a blend of professional excellence, political dedication, and social commitment.
Shri. Vijay Mahdwarao Deshpande was born on 21st August 1956. He comes from an agriculture and lawyer’s family. His father Shri Madhwarao Deshpande is a landlord of Hidkal Village, Tal: Raibag, Dist: Belagavi. His father is a veteran freedom fighter and he was then Congress President of Raibag Taluk. He has done his schooling up to S.S.L.C from Karnatak High School, Dharwad, and finished his B.Com from Gogte College of Commerce, LL.B from R.L.Law College, Belagavi. He was a junior of Shri M.R.Kulkarni, Advocate –Belagavi when he started his practice. He is practicing as an advocate mainly on civil for the last 16 years. He is also a legal adviser to the Union Bank of India and many financial firms and business and industrial concerns.
He joined Karnatak Law Society on 18.03.2000. In spite of his professional busy schedule, he devotes his energy and talent to the progress and welfare of society.
Advocate Vivek G. Kulkarni is an alumnus of the 1st batch of MVM’s English Medium School High School, a graduate in physics and LLB from Karnataka University in 1998. A recipient of a Gold medal in Diploma in Business Management. He was a cadet of Air Wing NCC during which, he has successfully completed sold gliding. After a couple of years of Industrial Experience, he joined Belgaum Bar in 1998. His associations include Swamy Vivekanand Kendra, Kanyakumari, The Union Gymkhana, Belagavi, E-Rotary Club of RI District. 3170, Mahila Vidyalaya Mandal, Belagavi. Advocate Vivek Kulkarni became a member of Karnatak Law Society on 23.10.2016. His father, late Adv. G.V.Kulkarni ( Exambekar) was a member of the Karnatak Law Society. His areas of interest include education, Indian Classical Music, Travelling and Photography. In spite of his professional busy schedule, he devotes his energy and talent to the progress and welfare of society.
Shri. S.P.Joshi was Born on 18th Oct 1948 in Belgaum and complete his Graduation in Commerce from KLS College of Commerce Belgaum. He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Fellow member of India Institute of Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors.After qualifying Chartered Accountancy in 1975, worked in 2 banks & resigned as Senior Officer from Nationalised Bank in 1981.
Shri Prakash Govindrao Badkundri was born on 12th April, 1951. After completion of his B.Com and LL.B, he started practicing advocate and tax consultancy since 1975. He is associated with many educational and cultural organizations rendering yeoman service to the Society. He joined Karnatak Law Society on 18th October, 1997.He is a member of Rotary Club Belgaum South, and is taking keen initiative and doing immensely for the Social cause. His untiring efforts and perseverance have largely contributed to his success in social life.
